Often times you will be sent an OTP during certain processes including the application one to enter the OTP. Use a number that you will use and not lose for the entire period that you believe you will be on the grant.

Finally, you will be required to enter your employment history information for a lifestyle sustainability report to be generated for the agency to know where you fall in terms of the poverty line. Recently with the poverty line raised more people are now eligible for social grants.

Applicants are required to also include their banking details information. Often times in this case you are advised as an applicant to use a bank that receives less than the money you expect to receive from the agency.
