Since the cycle of the R350 grant for the 2022/2023 period ended in March, Sassa has not made clear the way forward as to how the srd extension that was announced by the President will be carried out.
During April 2022, all beneficiaries of the grant were made to reapply for the r350 grant or reconfirm their continuous interest in receiving the r350 grant.
Currently, although there are some rumours that the best way to get April SRD pending is to update your sassa details. Those rumours have not been confirmed by Sassa as the way for April 2023. There they are false.
It will be best to wait for the official announcement from Minister, Lindiwe Zulu on the way forward for Sassa r350 from April 2023 to March 2024. Have patience and let’s all wait. We will update all info on this website as soon as they are made public.
